This group is dedicated to those of us who take a strong stand for our faith. I have opened this group to everyone. There will be no distinction between denominations, sects, faiths, religions, etc. (though most, if not all, of the people on here are Christians) All are open to post any topic they desire and/or reply to others' topics. Please, be open. Any questions, moral issues, political dilemmas, anything that can be responded to in a reasonable manner. Appropriateness will be strict. I'm not limiting topics like homosexuality or abortion, but keep things clean, whether posting a topic or replying to one. I have not discovered any rules dictating a group such as this for CMT so, along with one or two other rules, I will simply ask that basic Netiquette be maintained. Anyone and everyone belonging to this group will at all times have a respectful attitude towards their fellow debaters. This means no typing in all CAPS, no cussing other people out (doubt that will be a problem, but you never know), or any other behavior that might be considered crude. I will be monitoring all posts. Other than that, have fun, try not to be too serious and please make sure you actually KNOW what you're talking about. I don't want to see any "Well, I think the Bible says this....." If you're going to bother posting then know what you are saying and have proof (Biblical, scientific, etc.) to back it up. Just a side note to anyone on this site who might argue that the Bible does not constitute proof because it is fallable: let me just remind you that you are on a Christian site posting on a group created by someone with a Christian background and viewpoint. If you want to argue Biblical validity, I (and anyone else who feels like putting in their two cents) will gladly debate you over this topic. Outright attacks on my faith (and anyone else using this group) will NOT be tolerated. If there is anything that is not clear to you or if you feel I have forgotten something, please, let me know. You can message me with questions and comments but I would prefer that you post them as a topic here so that other people may see them in case they happen to have to same questions.
