Does east side of newyork moms look after there kids very good!!!!!!!!!!

I just got done wathcing the nani diaries and the moms didnt take very good care of their kids and i didnt like it at all.After seeing that i wanted to know if they are still like that well i mean give their kids to nannies and not care if they know them or not.Then i wanted to know if i would be like that when im older because i didnt like it and i hope i dont end up like that but she maid alot of money. so i think i will be a nanny when im older and only have one kid adopted or not i definetly not but i f i dont have a choice i will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
